Compressed Air Dryers
Product Range

Compressed air dryers reduce the quantity of water vapour, liquid water, hydrocarbon, and hydrocarbon vapour in compressed air.

Moisture in compressed air damages compressed air systems in several ways:

Erosion:
Water mist erodes piping, valves and other system components.

Corrosion:
Mist condenses and combines with salts and acids within the system forming highly corrosive solutions.

Microbacterial Contamination:
Moisture supplies a growth medium for bacteria and mould, which produce acidic waste.

Freezing:
Water can freeze in compressed air lines shutting down the system and causing damage to the pipework.

The result of moisture in compressed air is lower productivity, increased maintenance and higher operating costs.

By drying your compressed air to the correct dewpoint we can minimise the damage that wet compressed air causes to your process.

Each application will require a different quality of compressed air, for this reason we offer a wide range of compressed air dryers from our principle suppliers Ingersoll Rand and domnick hunter.

Compressed air dryers help to reduce the quantity of water vapour, liquid water, hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon vapour in compressed air.

Direct Expansion and Thermal Mass Refrigerated Air dryers are best suited to industrial grade applications such as manufacturing, metal stamping, air tools, forging, assembly, sand blasting, painting and finishing.

Desiccant type dryers are required to supply high quality, clean and dry compressed air for applications such as, instrumentation, oil and gas, chemical, electronics, pharmaceutical and the food and beverage industry.
