The IMI Precision range of vacuum switches - mechanical or electronic - ensures that vacuum levels can be constantly monitored and optimised. Mechanical versions provide the most cost effective solution, whilst electronic units can be configured offline and are easily programmed.
IMI Precision vacuum pumps are either single or multi stage units driven from compressed air. Efficient and effective, they offer trouble free life and are easily connected to other parts of the system. Single stage pumps offer a high level of induced air and have no moving parts. Multi stage units generally offer a faster response, have a lower operating noise level, and can be selected with integral non return valves for use in safety critical applications.
Vacuum cups are the component used to actually lift or hold the workpiece in a pick and place application. They can be easily selected as required to provide the lifting force required. Cups can be either flat or bellows type, for use on flat or uneven surfaces. Nitrile or silicone materials are available in all sizes.
