In Conjunction with Knight Frank a second unit will also be built and made ready for lease, completion for June 2015.
Steve Harkin, MB Air Systems director, said: “This is an important step for us and comes at an exciting time for the company. Our future plans will be aided by the new facilities, which are central to our business development strategy.
“We have a prominent location in Dyce and it is vital that the new development reflects that to get best use of the site. We are delighted with the proposals created by the Knight Frank team and the benefit of one agency being able to take the project from design to completion is a major attraction for us.”
Douglas Garden, of Knight Frank, added: “Demand across the city remains strong and the development at Dyce will help cater for the requirement for units of this size, particularly given the strength of the location.
“From Knight Frank’s perspective it is another opportunity to showcase our integrated services and the breadth of our offering in the north-east of Scotland. That is unique to the firm and a strength we view as integral to our growth in the months and years ahead.”
