Description
Ingersoll Rand R-Series 55-75kW / 75-100hp rotary screw air compressors offer innovative features such as Progessive Adaptive Control™ (PAC™) protection, V-Shield™ technology, a sequential cooling system and a state-of-the-art Xe-Series controls to ensure efficient operation and reduced total cost of ownership.


Key Features

Energy Efficiency:
At full load, Nirvana will produce the most air using the least energy; and will continue to do so down to loads as low as 20%. Nirvana runs at 95% efficiency throughout its entire speed range.

Exceptional Reliability:
Nirvana has fewer rotating parts than any other compressor in its class. The HPM motor uses no bearings and directly drives the compressor, eliminating gears, pulleys, belts, couplings and motor shaft seals.

Progressive Adaptive Control™ (PAC™) Protection
An integrated, intelligent system that continuously monitors key operating parameters and adapts to prevent unexpected downtime

V-Shield™ Technology

Total Air System (TAS)
The Ingersoll Rand Total Air System (TAS) provides clean, dry air from a single package that includes an optimized dryer, filtration system and compressor in one convenient package to minimize installation costs and space.

  • Integrated refrigerated dryer provides dew point suppression up to 46°C (115°F) and 40% relative humidity
  • Standard high efficiency coalescing filter delivers ISO Class 1-4-2 quality air
  • Patented 3-in-1 heat exchanger provides increased reliability and efficiency due to a lower pressure drop versus typical dryers
  • Integrated system design provides single-point maintenance and monitoring of the complete air system
  • Integrated Progressive Adaptive Control™ (PAC™) protection reduces compressor flow or pressure to compensate for dirty pre-filter and prevent unplanned shutdown
