In addition to the provision of complete starters, parts support and individual repairs, mb air systems provide a Full Air Starter Management Program.

Starter Management Program
The aim of the program is to place the responsibility of air starter maintenance, historical asset management, spares holding, testing and storage with mb air systems under a service contract type agreement. This allows you to concentrate on your core business and ensures maximum uptime of your engine driven equipment.

The contract aim is to provide starters in a state of readiness, so that you can call upon them for either preventative maintenance change-out or for  emergency change-out..

• Maintenance

Maintenance is based upon standard priced repairs/overhauls depending on the age, operating hours and condition of the unit.

• A Service – visual inspection, lubrication, function test
• B Service – tune up kit, bearings and seals replaced
• C Service – In addition to A and B, drive components including drive bendix replaced

• Pricing Structure 

Service costs are fixed for the period of the contract, allowing you to budget accurately and removes unexpected costs

Units can be stored at our facility in purpose built boxes for correct preservation and drawn off when required through mb air systems Asset Management System Aessop.
